Description: I enjoy late day sunshine, especially from my porch looking out over the Hudson with the Catskill Mountains backdrop. I enjoy the warm light, river shimmers, and long shadows, and like to paint them.
About the Artist: Patty Baker received her BFA in painting from Colorado State University in 1988. Her work is known for its bold, bright colors and fanciful landscapes and flower paintings. She’s sold over 2000 paintings to collectors in five continents. She’s now semi-retired and living on the banks of the Hudson River in Germantown, NY.
