About the Artist: I retired in November 2018 after 30 years teaching art in a public school. I share my home in North Greenbush, NY with my adopted cats and dog. I enjoy gardening, creating art, attending antique shows and flea markets. It is my love for animals and plants which inspires me and is commonly reflected upon in my artwork. I have exhibited work around the Albany NY area and have had artwork exhibited in the Central Adirondack NY Art Show. Because I am now retired, I now have more time to spend with my pets while I’m painting! This is my first time Creating a cat for Cat’n Around Catskill.
