Description: This is an acrylic painting. Years ago, I had a neighbor, Raoul, who was a Korean War Vet. He had two Purple Hearts, but would not talk about how he got them. He also had the most beautiful flower garden I’d ever seen with so many stunningly bright colors, and he cared for his beloved garden meticulously. My painting is inspired and in honor of him.
